ADX Renovables will supply more than 26.1 million kWh of electricity to municipal buildings and facilities in Alcobendas.

All the energy supplied will be of renewable origin.

March 20, 2025.–  Adx Renewables, Audax Renovables Group's marketing company will supply more than 26.1 million kWh of electricity to municipal buildings and facilities in Alcobendas (Madrid).

All of the energy supplied will be 100% renewable, thus reinforcing the Alcobendas City Council's commitment to the environment and to renewable and sustainable energy.

ADX Renovables was the energy company that submitted the best proposal for the first contract based on the framework agreement for the 337 low and high voltage supply points divided into two lots, beating out marketers of the size of ENDESA ENERGÍA SAU and IBERDROLA CLIENTES SA, with the contract value amounting to more than 2.5 million euros (VAT not included).

The contract was awarded on a fixed-price basis, allowing Alcobendas City Council to ensure stable electricity costs during this first year. For subsequent years, the framework agreement also includes the possibility of index-linked contracts with hedging options, giving Alcobendas City Council the opportunity to assess the best conditions based on future market forecasts at any given time.

Marc Blasi, Country Manager of Audax Renovables in Spain, notes: “We offer a high-quality energy service to public administrations. Our offer was the highest rated, considering not only price, but also other aspects such as service capacity and speed of response.” “With this award, the City Council, by opting for 100% renewable energy, is contributing to sustainability and environmental protection. At ADX, we can guarantee a 100% renewable supply,” he adds.
