USES AND PURPOSES
The purpose of making communications through WhatsApp is none other than to speed up the
management of the contracted services and for which your express consent is requested.
Since this communication channel is therefore of a complementary nature, Audax may cancel it at any time, either generally for all its customers or individually for a customer if that customer has made improper use of it.
In any case, any use of the communication channel that is not for the purpose of processing or resolving requests or incidents related to Audax services will be considered inappropriate use. Sending mass messages will also be considered inappropriate.
The Customer is under no obligation to use this communication channel in their dealings with Audax and may, if they deem it appropriate, block communications with Audax through this channel. The Customer will always have access to the Customer Service hotline at 900 82 80 06 to resolve any questions, issues, or complaints.

TRANSFER OR COMMUNICATION OF DATA
The personal data collected through the WhatsApp application will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except in the cases necessary for the development, control and fulfillment of the expressed purposes/s, in the cases provided for by Law, as well as in specific cases, of which the user is expressly informed.
