Audax Renovables incorporates new photovoltaic projects

The Group continues to promote its portfolio of photovoltaic projects, adding new projects that total 33 MW

Audax Renovables (ADX.MC), the energy group that integrates the generation and marketing of renewable 100% electricity and gas, continues to tirelessly incorporate photovoltaic projects into its renewable energy generation portfolio.

Specifically, the Company has reached a purchase agreement with the company Idena Solar for the incorporation of projects totaling up to 69 MWp, broken down as follows.

In the town of Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara) in what will become the future “Emilio Durán Photovoltaic Complex”, the Company has acquired the Cuatro Caminos 1, 2, 3 and 4 projects, the first two adding a power of 6,875 MWp , while the second two will each add a power of 4,125 MWp, totaling the project 22 MWp. Said Complex will have the joint installation of approximately 55,000 solar panels, which will produce about 43 GWh of energy per year, which is equivalent to the annual consumption of more than 12,300 homes.

Likewise, in the town of Jadraque, also in the province of Guadalajara, the 5.5 MWp Matillas project, which will become the “Falconetti Photovoltaic Complex”. On the other hand, in the municipality of Taracena (Guadalajara) the El Cañal project will add 5.5 MWp of photovoltaics to the Group's portfolio. Both projects will involve the joint installation of approximately 27,500 solar panels, which will produce about 17 GWh of energy per year, which is equivalent to the annual consumption of around 4,800 homes.

It should be noted that the Cuatro Caminos 1, 2, 3 and 4, Matillas and El Cañal projects are in an advanced stage of processing, on the verge of completing the final procedures to achieve “ready to build” status.

Additionally, also with the company Idena Solar, a purchase agreement has been reached through which the Audax Group will take a share of the 51% of the capital of various vehicle companies owning projects of up to a maximum of 36 MWp of nominal power, which have reached the “ready to build (RTB)” status, that is, those projects that have all the assets, licenses and authorizations required for construction.

All the projects broken down, together with those already announced by the Group in recent months, place the portfolio of photovoltaic projects at 400 MW, and which will continue to increase gradually throughout the current and subsequent years, in accordance with the Group's strategy.

Audax Renovables has been committed for years to the development of renewable energies to achieve a sustainable energy transition, in accordance with the shift being promoted by the European Union, and to continue generating quality employment and growth. Just a few weeks ago, work began on many other photovoltaic projects in the provinces of Guadalajara, Toledo and Huelva.

These projects continue to be framed within the Audax Renovables Group's strategy of increasing its 100% renewable generation portfolio, and therefore it is focused on closing other purchase agreements with the aim of supplying its clients with renewable energy produced in their own floors.
