Audax Renovables will celebrate its investor day

Audax Renovables, SA (“Audax Renovables” or the “Company”) announces that on May 28, 2019 it will celebrate its investor day. The event, which will take place at 10:30 a.m. (CET) in Madrid at The Westin Palace Hotel, located at Plaza de las Cortes, 7, will be aimed at analysts and institutional investors.

After the Ordinary General Meeting was held, in which it took stock of the good results of the 2018 financial year and in which the main lines of action planned for 2022 were presented, the Company will celebrate its investor day for the first time.

As has been announced to the market through relevant events published in the CNMV on February 28, 2019 and March 29, 2019, Audax Renovables intends to continue with its growth strategy, both based on future developments in the renewable generation business as well as in the different acquisition opportunities in the marketing business through a combination of resources in the capital markets in both fixed income and variable income, allowing the latter to increase the free-float of the Society.

For these purposes, Audax Renovables has appointed BNP Paribas as an advisor to provide advisory services on capital structure, as well as to explore potential operations in the variable income capital markets to be carried out by the Company for these purposes. .
