Audax Renovables will supply 100% green electricity to the Toledo City Council

The listed Audax Renovables, one of the main operators in the national energy sector, has won the public tender called by the Toledo City Council to supply electricity to 184 municipally owned supply points.

Audax Renovables has been the energy company that has presented the best offer for 100% renewable energy and has consequently been awarded the entire open market contract. This is an agreement to supply more than 8,000,000 KWh of green 100% electricity in a single year, an essential supply for the City Council to carry out its activity. If the extension considered in the contract is executed, the amount supplied would be around 2 million euros.

Audax Renovables has acquired the commitment to certify all the energy delivered to the Toledo City Council as energy of 100% renewable origin, which is aligned with the positioning and strategy of the energy group.

The public tender has had a very high turnout, with 8 energy companies having submitted, among which the largest Spanish energy companies, Endesa, Iberdrola, Naturgy and Edp, stand out, but finally it has been Audax Renovables that has been chosen as the winner and will be the one that will supply the Town Hall's electricity.

Audax Renovables, a group that focuses its activity on the generation and marketing of renewable 100% energy, has long positioned itself as one of the most active energy operators in Spain. In addition to the large volume of electricity sold to large private sector consumers, recently awarded public contracts are added.
