Audax Renovables begins construction work on its photovoltaic installations

Continuing with the vertical integration strategy, Audax Renovables has begun construction work on the Cañamares photovoltaic plant in Castilla-La Mancha

Audax Renovables (ADX.MC), whose activity focuses on the commercialization and generation of renewable 100% electricity, has signed the turnkey contract or EPC contract (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) between Da Vinci Energía, SLU (owned subsidiary 100% of Audax Renovables, SA) and Risen Energy Spain, SL (belonging to the Risen Energy Co. Ltd group) for the construction of the Cañamares photovoltaic plant in the municipality of Fontanar (Guadalajara, Castilla-La Mancha) with a power of 5 MWp, and construction work on said plant will begin imminently.

Likewise, in the coming weeks the EPC contract is expected to be signed and construction to begin with Risen Energy Spain, SL, of the Carolinas I and II photovoltaic plants of 10 MWp in total, both located in the municipality of El Casar (Guadalajara). , Castilla la Mancha).

The start of work on these projects is part of the Group's strategy to increase its generation portfolio with the aim of supplying its clients with renewable energy produced in its own plants.

The development of the aforementioned projects for a total sum of 320 MW, will supply, once their implementation begins, about 600 GWh per year of green energy, which is equivalent to the annual consumption of more than 175,000 homes.

The Audax Group, in this new stage of growth, continues with its roadmap in terms of achieving the objectives for 2022 of increasing the customer portfolio from 305,000 to 500,000 and supplying a total of 15 TWh of energy. In addition, it plans to exceed 1,500 million euros in revenue, place EBITDA above 100 million euros and reduce its financial leverage, all with the aim of optimizing the group's resources, in order to create value for its shareholders. .
