Audax Renovables reports:
Badalona, May 7, 2025
Over the past few months, numerous entities in our sector have been the target of cyberattacks. Unfortunately, Audax Renovables, SA (hereinafter, "Audax") has not been immune to these attacks, having suffered a cyberattack on April 18th that resulted in the breach of the security measures implemented in one of our systems. As a result, the attackers illegally obtained information related to the contracting process for our services.
Audax, in its firm commitment to the security, privacy, and protection of your data, initiated an immediate response plan based on strengthening monitoring, configuration, and security measures for the compromised system. Additionally, it reported the incident to both the Spanish Data Protection Agency and the police, in compliance with current legislation.
The incident has not impacted the operations and systems with which our customers interact, which continue to operate normally and securely. However, these circumstances have compromised the confidentiality of our users' data, so we advise them to take the necessary precautions and caution if they detect any suspicious, anomalous, or unusual activity.
We regret any inconvenience and negative impact this situation may cause, and we take this opportunity to address any concerns you may have. For this purpose, you can obtain additional information by contacting: 900.828.006, or by contacting our Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted by email at: dpo@audaxrenewables.com.
