At Audax we launched a new customer service through WhatsApp so that our clients have a more direct and close way to contact us through one of the most used applications currently.

With this new customer service channel we now have more than 10 ways of contact: free telephone, email, chat, social networks and now also WhatsApps Business. 

The mechanics are the same as with any other contact in your phonebook, you will only have to save the number in your contacts and send the query through the usual application of WhatsApp.

The service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and you just have to send the query through your application WhatsApp. This is an effective service so you can resolve your questions quickly.
