Audax Renovables (ADX.MC), the comprehensive energy group with 100% renewable generation, after the reconfiguration of its Board of Directors last March, incorporating two women in its highest governing body, has taken another step in terms of corporate governance, approving the incorporation of the proprietary director Ms. Anabel L\u00f3pez Porta as a new member of the Audit Committee and the Appointments and Remuneration Committee for the next four years.<\/p>\n
The incorporation of female talent is in line with best practices in terms of good corporate governance and is reflected in the new structure and composition of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n
Consequently, the composition of the Company's delegate committees is as follows:<\/p>\n
