Audax Renovables obtains construction authorization for its Los Arenales project<\/h1>\n

The company obtains administrative and construction authorization from Los Arenales, which allows it to begin construction in the coming weeks.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Audax Renovables (ADX.MC), the energy group that integrates the generation and marketing of renewable 100% electricity and gas, continues to promote its generation activity through the different generation projects that make up its portfolio.<\/p>\n

Continuing with the commitment to keep the market permanently informed about the progress of the status of the projects incorporated in a continuous transparency exercise, and in relation to the Los Arenales project of which the Group reported its acquisition on January 14, located in the town of Pol\u00e1n (province of Toledo) with a power of 5 MWp, the Company is pleased to announce the obtaining of prior administrative and construction authorization from the competent authorities.<\/p>\n

Once the construction license has been obtained, the Company will immediately begin the procedures to proceed with the start of construction, ensuring its support with top-level contractors who meet high quality standards, having the supply contracts in an advanced process of closing. and construction under the EPC (turnkey) modality with the company Sequoia Renewables.<\/p>\n

Over the next few weeks, the Group will continue to promptly inform the market about the evolution of the progress of the projects that make up its portfolio, in order to keep the market and its investors permanently informed.<\/p>\n

These projects continue to be framed within the Audax Renovables Group's strategy of increasing its 100% renewable generation portfolio, and therefore it is focused on closing other purchase agreements with the aim of supplying its clients with renewable energy produced in their own floors.<\/p>\n
