The Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2017, which celebrates its 22nd edition, was awarded in a ceremony held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the Real F\u00e1brica de Tapices in Madrid. In the same event, 5 other runners-up prizes were awarded: Emerging Entrepreneur Award, Internationalization Award, Innovation Award, Family Business Lifetime Achievement Award and Social Entrepreneur Award.<\/p>\n

EY, one of the largest professional services firms in the world, has awarded the second prize for the 2017 Emerging Entrepreneur Award to Jos\u00e9 El\u00edas, highlighting the work he carries out to lead the Audax Group with excellence and choosing him as the winner from among the 14 finalists from all over the world. National territory.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 El\u00edas Navarro began his business project in 2009 by founding a small electricity and gas supplier from scratch. Thanks to innovation, process improvement and optimization of the marketing model, it has managed to create a solid business group that occupies one of the main positions in the national electricity market. The Audax Group is made up of various electricity and gas marketing companies and renewable 100% energy generation companies, mainly from wind farms. It currently operates successfully in 8 countries -Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Poland, Holland, France and Panama- which positions it as a solid business group in constant international expansion.
